Stay at 4 Beachdown
Publié le 3 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayVery spacious, well resourced property. Comfortable for a large family gathering and providing a home from home. Disappointing to find that bbqs were not allowed. Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. It's position on the South West Coast path meant access to some lovely walks.
We were disappointed to find a large caravan park opposite which wasn't mentioned in the property details and the bin store was very difficult to negotiate to find the correct bin for our rubbish.

A home from home is a lovely comment, and that is exactly what we want to offer. Sorry to hear you were disappointed about the no BBQ rule, it is mainly due to the artificial grass and decking which can be melted and damaged due to BBQs. Wonderful house and a great location

A couple of small problems were managed well by Elsie.
A great location with easy walking distance to two great beaches.
