Beautiful Devon
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location of the property was great, although it was hard to find for us. A few signs along the road would have been helpfull.
We enjoyed the beatiful area, so it was worth the search!
The house was okey. The bed was fine, a good shower, cosy living and almost everything we needed.
The hosts were helpfull,but we didn't experience the warm kindness other guests descriped at all. That was disappointing but maybe we expected too much after those references. Anyway, a smile or a small question out of interest would haved made us feel real welcome.
I enjoyed a novel set in the environment, what a good idea to set that in the house! (and usefull to practise my english!)

Lovely hidden away place

Off the beaten track peace and beauty
Publié le 6 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayA quiet retreat with great views, within walking distance of the coast. We had a wonderful time enjoying the beauty of the Devon countryside. Our host was helpful and gave good suggestions for walks and eateries.

Great owners but cold cottage
