Check-in was efficient.
The room assigned was more than adequate. Unfortunately, the room smelt very musty and wet.
I asked to be moved to another room.
At approximately 18:00 there was a power dip, this resulted in a power outage only in the block I was in. The rest of the hotel had power. My issue was no torches, candles or any alternative lighting was offered or provided.
The fridge defrosted leaving water on the floor.
I checked out early the next morning, when the power was restored I have no idea.

Bad, very bad.
Posted Jan. 6, 2022 on HotelsHorrible. Had to change rooms due to cigarette smell in first room. Dirty ashtray left on the balcony. Second room was ok but unfortunately people next door had a big party outside their room and used our table, chairs and entrance to our room as a dumping ground. Litter everywhere. Reported to management but nothing was done, just an apology. Will never stay here again
