The Cane Bay Perch house has A LOT of space, high quality furnishings, and a million dollar view. The wrap-around deck connects to a sparkling pool area with outdoor furniture, gas grill, and shade... you can hear the waves from Cane Bay Beach from the deck.

The home offers large, bright bedrooms, a formal living room with new couches, a formal dining room, casual dining next to the kitchen, and a separate TV room with new sofa-bed. Enjoy easy access to the outdoors from the master bedroom, living room, and TV Room to take in the views. New for 2025: If you book a party of 9, 10, or 11… you will be given access to a large, remodeled one bedroom apartment one level down from the main house ( King Bed, twin cot, living room, 3/4 bath). Cane Bay beach is 1/4 mile down the maintained HOA road ... you’ll find a great beach for sitting/swimming/snorkeling, a scuba dive shop, and multiple dining options such as The Landing, Off The Wall, and AMA.

New split air conditioning units (with remote controls) cool the house in every room. New screens added to sliding doors also to allow you to keep it more natural in the cooler months by just using the ceiling fans.

The gate, exterior parking area, and lower stairs to the water pump/water heater room have motion activated security cameras for your safety.

Check out time is 10am. If no new guests are arriving later that same day, 11 or 12 check out might be ok, BUT you have to ask and get approval . 😊
Pls make sure to turn off all AC’s and all the lights … including the outdoor lights on the wall by the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Don’t sit or lean on deck railings or throw items over and don’t go down to the lower levels of the house…
