My hostess Novelette was very cooperative and eager to ensure my stay went well. She was always ready to answer any questions asked to make my stay comfortable. I would certainly stay here again should the opportunity arise.

Novelette is an amazing host, she was always contactable for any queries.
The apartment was nice n spacious.
Comfortable bed
Will defoes stay here again next time :)

We also have live personnel on campus and also remote access and also utilize lockboxes for reliable late and early entries. This property was terrible and we did not stay there. Locks on the door were shaky. The grill to secure the apartment is on the outside and the door locks on the outside so you cannot lock both the door and grill while in the apartment. The apartment is to the back, and we felt that anyone could jump that fence. We did not feel safe. Bedding was disgusting stained badly. The paint job is horrible. The small stove/hot plate was rusted. The sofa was ripped in more than one places. This place was a nightmare. I had to pay elsewhere to stay.

You booked a single small unit for 4 large adults with no sitting space or kitchen and we gave you a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units with living room and Kitchen. I know it was on the ground floor and only you brought about threats of negative reviews after not getting a top floor unit. We have not had a single crime in our facility since being in operation for over 10 years. You had 2 sets of doors with multiple locks to pass through to your unit ( a main steel outer door and a solid wood door at end of hall). We don’t have a fences it’s actually a 20 foot wall around our perimeter and we are gated and guests are given a remote to control gates so implying that someone will jump over is exaggerated and we apologize for not being able to meet any unreasonable expectations. We do take all reviews seriously and will continue to look for ways to make improvements to ensure that our guests gets best experience possible.
