Booked this room a few hours before we came. Called the number to confirm our arrival. No one answered the phone. Texted and called on their regular phone as well as WhatsApp - no replies. It’s showing left on read. No response. Drove to the address - the neighborhood is a scary and absolutely not safe. Kept on calling them and knocking on a locked gate - no luck. Waited there for an hour. No one showed up or answered the phone. Tried getting a refund - they said “the policy is that you have to check in 72 hrs in advance before arrival”,then the question is why Expedia allows to book same day if that’s the case???
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - ITS A TRASH!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
the only reason we booked this crappy room was because all the hotels were sold out due to a sport event.
Ended up driving very far to a Strawberry Hill
Hotel.

Thank you for your review. As a guest who is not native to the country, you booked an apartment in the capital city at 2 am following a sporting event and an evening out. We sincerely apologize, but our apartments do not operate like hotels with a front desk; instead, they are more akin to an Airbnb setup. In such cases, it is essential to coordinate with your host before showing up at the gate at 2 am without prior notice. I understand you arrived to a locked gate and empty parking lot and was infuriated.We deeply regret missing your 2 am phone call for the last-minute booking. We understand that the inconvenience you faced during check-in may have led to your negative comments. Prior to this review, we have already coordinated your refund with Expedia, and we trust it should be reflected in your account shortly.It is regrettable that you felt compelled to leave us such a poor review in frustration.

Kevin and Tasha are good hosts. The apartment looks newly renovated. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is very quiet.

thank you for the lovely vacation in your apartment. One bit of advise, you should consider a second futon in the living instead of the accent chair because it will increase the sitting room. Lovely apartment and quiet neighborhood. The staff was also professional.

Ran into Kingston from Montego Bay to go to the US Embassy and booked an overnight stay. Nice apartment and as seen online. Comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood.

Tasha was very friendly. The apartment was very spacious and nice. Well clean and secure. Gated complex. I felt well safe there. I would recommend it for anyone. I will definitely stay here again

Immaculate apartment and looked as presented in the photos. No visual complaints as the apartment was very clean. The manager was very professional and courteous.

The apartment was extremely clean and cozy. Our overall stay was relaxing, very comfortable beds and the apartment have air condition units in all rooms including in the common areas. The parking is a bit narrow but the complex is very quiet as well the neighborhood. I would stay there again.

Thank you for the review. Less than 10% of the apartments are fully air conditioned in Kingston. Casa Alexandria happen to be one of the few with AC in the living/dining room.

I didn't like the fact that they property is priced and listed on false advertising. The property is located in the middle of a ghetto, in the middle the inner city - NOT by the beach or near the golf course as advertised.

Casa Alexandria has been on this website since 2015. We are in city center Kingston Jamaica, NOT a resort or on the beach with golf course. Our long history of honesty and good service speaks volume. We are very affordable prices for what we offer our guests. Kingston have no beach (private or public), nor do we make claims to be close to one because that would be obviously NOT true. We are NOT on or near a golf course and we do NOT claim to be. We are NOT located in a ghetto nor do we make claims of being in a ghetto. Thank you for your review, we truly value every review but is appears this review must have been placed on the wrong property. Potential guests, pease factor in all prior reviews before deciding to book us.
