I stayed at this property plenty of times and there is nothing not to love about it. Its home away from home. I feel completely safe!

This was a great place to spend my time in Jamaica. It was clean, very quiet and had an amazing view of the hills and in a great neighborhood. The manager was fantastic, she helped us every step of the way, understanding. I would not think of a better place to stay.

great place to stay
Publié le 10 août 2020 sur HotelsWe had a misunderstanding on our end with the management company and quarantine expectations. However we have stayed here before and would highly recommend Casa royal anytime you’re traveling to Jamaica.

During the COVID-19 outbreak the government closed all airports and requested all villas close operation. We are sorry we could not accommodate your reservation due to regulations and would like to offer you a free 4 night stay as soon as the global pandemic has subside.

Good service, clean and comfortable apartment
Publié le 4 mars 2020 sur HotelsVery nice place, clean and comfortable ad the manage is a warm and caring lady. They want you to check out by 10am latest of a late check out feel will apply. This is the only reason it is not a perfect score because the apartment is very nice and the service otherwise was excellent.

Thank you for the review. An apartment of this size does take a few hours to detail and be ready for 3pm. We thing 10am is a decent time because some guest check in at 2pm.

The 2 bathrooms was a huge plus, nice stay
Publié le 25 févr. 2020 sur HotelsThe neighborhood is quiet. Only "downside" would be the assigned parking is further from the lobby door that others. In viewing online we actually thought the property had Jacuzzi, but we mistaken it with Casa Tianna and were a little disappointed when we found out it was our error. Nonetheless an overall good experience and we would return. Good communication by the owner.

Thank you for your review. True, the parking is about 12 spaces from the lobby door but I am not entirely sure that is a lot of walking. Thanks again for your review and we look forward to hosting you again in the near future.

Almost a perfect stay at Casa Royale Apartments
Publié le 22 févr. 2020 sur HotelsThe lack of chair on the balcony is the only reason I am not giving this stay a perfect rating. The balcony is small but at lease one chair could work. Everything was amazing. I could live in that apartment. Love the two bathroom option because I hate sharing bathroom. Perfect apartment and highly recommended.

Thank you for your review. The balcony is moderate size and we will consider a chair. The two bathrooms are a big plus at Casa Royale.
