YOUR REQUIRED TO PAY A CLEANING FEE BUT WHEN I ARRIVE DAY ONE THE UNIT LOOK LIKE IT'S BEEN LOCKED UP FOR DAYS AND COULD USE SOME UPGRADES THE KITCHEN IS DECENT THE POOL IS GREEN LACK OF MAINTENANCE, SECURITY AT THE GATE IS HEPFUL
THEN IVE BEEN TOLD THE NOTES I LEFT THE BANK SAID ITS TOO OLD AND WON'T ACCEPT THEM SO I SHOULD EXCHANGE THEM THEN I GET A CALL FROM THE OWNER THAT BANK ACCEPT ONE NOTE AND I NEED TO REPLACE OTHER NOTE, IT WAS ONE BIG JOKE TO ME.

We apologise for your experience for the non function of the pool. However it is mind boggling that this complain came only after the guest checked out and the bank returned the deposit with your old notes. We have situations like these sometimes therefore to resolve same we return torn and old note to someone who have access to banking in the USA and i repeat Jamaican Banks will not and cannot take these notes (Not authorize) I tried to explain this to our mutual guest. It is always best to be honest in our reporting. The bank in Jamaica does not have a Licence to trade USD as a result the bank's policy they do not exchange USD dollars and or accept torn or old notes.As a result if we have a 100 note and only 60 is to deposited to account We have to make a deposit for the 100 and do a withdrawal for 40.Similarly if one has say 1000USD in 100 notes and you need to make a deposit to say two different clients account as 550 & 450 respectfully because there are no small notes we could not effect such a deposit because the bank is not authorize to change one of the notes any amount to be deposited to a account you must have the exact amount or you deposit the 100 in your Bank account withdraw same 100 in say two 50 dollars note or 80 in small notes and two 10 notes etc to facilitate 50 to deposit to each account.You did self check-in and did not complain also i came there the very day you check-in and a manager did check the apt before you arrived, however that was made new the day you check-in once new it is clean. That is why we were unable to approve your request for complementary earlier check-in before 2pm.Thank You for your business will give you a gift early check-in or discount for the pool situation

The room I booked was not the room presented to me. The bathroom was disgusting with old broken vanity, walls dirty, furniture old and dirty. Also the cable service did not work in the bedrooms . Last but not least the washer/dryer did not work well either. This room was not on their site.

We are sorry that Monica's experience we will always work to improve on our product however the cupboard, dinning table, sofa bed, bed and closet in small room also the digital washing machine and dryer, Chester drawer and rugs are all new. The queen bed and the dresser are in pristine conditions.However the mirror in the bathroom will be replace and refrigerator will be change very soon

Property management was unprofessional. He was not prepared to receive us. He told us that I should contact him for a booking he accepted.

We encourage all our guest to reach out to host to prepare for a smooth check-in at least 48 hours before arrival especially when you are not aware of arrival time for most of the guest

Didn't get to stay at this property due to it being "Booked". I'm actually happy with the other property management set up for me. Fortunately!

I didn't get to stay at the property I originally booked. I was then accomadated with another unit in (New Kingston) which I was totally pleased with. Great, Quiet gated community w/Pool.
Nice place to relax the brain.

Sorry we were not able to accommodate you at the complex you booked.We are happy you were totally satisfied with your upgraded stay at the same price.Finest Accommodation will continue to work to keep our apartment presentable and marketable. Thank you for choosing us. Our mutual guest check out time is Feb 6 2023 because of two different bookings for two nights each as follows Feb 2 to 4th and Feb 4 to 6th. This was treated as one reservation for the same guest.

What was so unique about this property to me was like being at home but in a different astmosphere. This property was clean, quiet, safe, secure, and the people who lived there were very pleasant. This only thing that I did not like was the fact that the pool was not available for use and I was not told in advance. Overall I different will rent again in the future.

Thanks for choosing Finest Accommodation. The pool repairs could not be completed in time for our mutual guest convenient. We apologise profusely and the additional guest was not charge for in order to compensate for pool not in use.

It was very good. Comfortable and secure, with a veranda, cable TV, wi-fi, and air conditioning. If you’re staying in Kingston; I’d recommend it.

When I arrived at the property I was told that there was a plumbing problem and the room was not available. I was offered another room in another location in Kingston.
