The property was home-like and inviting. Clean and well organized. The surroundings were gardenlike with a variety of trees and rest areas well spaced. There was an abundance of shade from the tropical sun. in short it was like nature arranged like a micro botanical garden. The night air was cool and temperate, no need for an air conditioner although it was available.

Internet access was a problem. Towels were harsh to feel. Staff friendly and amenable

Thank you for taking the time to comment. We again offer our apologies for the disruption of the internet service. As explained, the technician came to rectify a fault on the day before your arrival. He assurred us that it was corrected, it wasn't until he left that it was discovered that the fault persisted. We made several attempts to have them return as soon as possible but it didn't happen. As you know, the cottage has a dedicated modem to ensure that there are no connectivity issues. This has been very embarrassing for us and we have communicated this the service providers. Again we apologize. We hope that this will not deter you from coming again. Hopefully our stocked welcome basket, full course hot breakfast meals, clean and comfortable accommodation set in a welcoming garden along with our amenable staff will bring you back to Kingston Cottage! Safe travels home!
