Checking in was a very stressful process

Showing up a a guest apartment at 3am without any form of agreement for a after hours check in is very stressful for all involved.This guest ignored all check-in instructions, ignore all post-arrival phone calls, emails, and messages then popped up at the gate at 3 am. It was a scramble to dispatch staff back to the property for a check in at 3am.

Apartment very close to the pool
Publié le 23 avr. 2018 sur ExpediaGreat experience. Kevin and Safia was the best host. Very nice, clean and to date with everything. Close to everything including shopping. Home away from home and the pool was right next to the apartment. l had the best time ever. Can't wait to come back and enjoy the beautiful place. Thanks again Safia. See u soon.
