Constant water lock off which is inconvenient

Thank you for the honest review. This water situation is very temporary and will conclude in 48 more hours. The city (KSAC and NWC) are working on changing out a water main. There are scheduled intermittent interruptions for five days. We offered to relocate the guest before check-in, and he wanted to be close to the US Embassy and said he preferred to work about the scheduled interruptions.

Best value for money in Kingston. Safe, clean apartment with everything you need for self-catering and great air-conditioning and wi-fi. So close to the US Embassy, our trip went smoothly. Only issue is that check-in is very late and check-out is very early.

Thank you for the warm review. We allow guests to check in as early at 2pm and out as later as 10am. The 4 hour gap is used to completely detail the entire apartment. Pleasure serving you. Please come again.

Quietness the host was very kind and helpful, the complex was very well maintained. The appliances were very clean and useful.

Excellent stay

At first, I was very worried as to what will we be confronted with ! But, to my actual surprise it blew my mind away of how professional, clean and super chic the accommodation was ! We were greeted by Thasheca who was extremely warm and professional with humor which was enlightening.
Location was incredible and convenient as all events plus road jump was in close proximity .
The only fault with apt or when booking , pay close attention to other fees one had to pay cash on arrival apart from hotel accommodation.
Overall, my friends and I agreed it was excellent experience and definitely will recommend and stay again on our next visit.

My six day Jamaica Trip

Pour : The size and the modern decor and appliances of the apartment.
Contre : A lift could be provided for persons staying on the 2nd floor, however the walk up the stairs was not taxing and provided some exercise.
Emplacement : The neighborhood itself felt very safe. The apartment is located near to a variety of restaurants and shopping plazas all just a few minutes walk.
My stay at New Kingston Guest Apartments was most enjoyable! The owner and property manager made sure that I was well informed about the property. The property manager was most accommodating and very flexible. The apartment itself was huge, well decorated and stocked with up to date appliances and comfortable bed. The apartments themselves were gated and a guard posted at nights. I felt most at home here and would most likely stay here again on my next visit to Jamaica.

Beautiful up to date apartments in New Kingston.

Pour : Property was well kept and gated. Loved the Cleanliness ! Full kitchen and washer. Manager was also very welcoming.
Contre : Check out time at 9am too early. And price to stay per hour after 9am check out time.
This was my first time booking with this guest apartment (or any guest apartment for that matter). I was skeptical at first, but Kevin assured me all was well. The apartments are up to to date and well furnished and CLEAN. The manager was easy to contact and the guest apartment is in a gated facility. The washer was a great convenience as I stayed over 5 days and needed to wash a few things for my two kids. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they change their check out time which is 9am. That's a bit too early and the price of staying per hour after 9am is a bit high. Other than that this was a PERFECT choice for my stay in Jamaica! I would definitely recommend to anyone! I will be back booking with you all again! Thank you.

The only problem I had was the toilet flusher broke and I told the caretaker and no one came to fix it..
Overall it's a really nice place to stay and relax.

Sheryl, it was a pleasure hosting you. Thanks for the kind words. Our maintenance logs reflect Conrad, knocked your door 3 times. Twice he left a yellow card under your door stating he came to do the repair but you were out. The third time Aug 9th 1:19pm your husband indicated to him it was the chain in the tank fell off the handle and he reconnected it himself.

Donhead has constructed two years ago, so the building and everything in the apartments are 2 years old. As I am responding to this review on Aug 26, 2017, a review was just posted by Tony and Heather with a photo of the building. Crissy showed up at the gate with 2 reservations in the other names. She was unable to produce any identification matching the names on the reservations and was never checked in. We eventually called the cops on her and she left. There is an element of misrepresentation and fraud involved with these two retaliatory reviews. We are now petitioning Expedia to remove these two reviews. Note: Crissy never set foot on the grounds.
