Did not use this property due to an incident, but was upgraded to the Donehead Apartment. Host Ms. Thompson was great and knowledgeable about the area and gave great advice. Always available for questions. Donehead apt was nicely situated near Hope road New Kingston area. Had a great time

Publié le 14 févr. 2020 sur HotelsMark is a terrific host who did everything he could to make me happy. I thought it was a standard hotel, or at lease my boss thought so. It was only after driving thought the gate I figured out it is a guest apartment. I decided to make the best of it an Mark was very helpful.

VERY VERY CENTRALLY LOCATED...
Publié le 8 janv. 2020 sur HotelsEverything at Mark's place was as described. Check in was easy and the location could not be beat. Cannot put a price in being able to walk across the street to Devon House and eat Devon Stout Ice Cream.

Great stop over location in the heart of uptown

Very Nice New Kingston Apartment With Pool

Excellent apartment
Publié le 2 déc. 2019 sur HotelsCourt has been my favorite place because I think it is central and safe. What makes this apartment very nice is that Abbey Court itself is a older apartment complex. Don't get me wrong Abbey Court is well maintain however this apartment is better than most at Abbey Court.

Very nice place ...it’s peaceful.... the only thing is they shouldn’t charge 150 for cleaning unless u mess up the place .... also they state that u will get free breakfast !!! Which we never received!!!

Kimberly thank you for the review. We read every review because it gives us a very good prospective on our guest experience. Let me assure readers, we do not charge 150 for cleaning or have we every done so. Kimberly made a partial payment at the time of booking and the 150 was her balance. We showed her the details on her itinerary and encourage her to call (Expedia) the booking agent for additional reassurance that the total price have not changed and she did so before paying her balance. We have a promo for free breakfast if a guest book 5 nights or more and at the time of this review the promo is still active. Kimberly booked 4 nights. If this was reported we would have given the complimentary breakfast as we do for most guest just because they ask. Kimberly still gave us 5/5 which are high marks thought we did not get right this time. We would like to invite Kimberly to come and spend 4 nights on us. We would like to fix what went wrong.
