One Elevator is not working - which is an inconvenience

Unfortunately, one of the two elevators was not working while we were staying. The staff were very helpful and the indoor pool was great for the kids.

The room was excellent and rather large. Small kitchen area is perfect for entertaining. The only issue was one of the elevators was out of service...they only have two for a large hotel. Breakfast time was pretty backed up. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Lots to do in the area...walking.
