When I arrived, there was confusion as to my reservation and they said they actually don’t have a room prepared but they can put me somewhere in a room above someone else. When we entered, there were no linen or towels - just the mattress with dirty mattress cover and dirty pillows with no pillow cases and the entire room was very dirty.
A while later someone from the establishment delivered one sheet (no pillow cases) and a towel. The sheet had brown stains on them.
There was no soap in the very dirty shower.

Everything was within walkable distance. Only had to get a taxi to and from the airport.

This is a gated community with the owner living in one of the units. At time of our stay (2/2024), the units were being completely renovated, so expect even more ...
The name "The Gardens" needs to be more visible from street.

Better air-condition needed apart from that it was good. Easy access and communication was good. Close to airport
