The people who run this place are so sweet and helpful. The food is delicious, and the folks who frequent it, very funky. Would go back again next time on Kingstown.

Posted May 11, 2017 on HotelsWould not stay again, yes it's right in Kingstown but outdated and basic hotel, with street parties that play loud music nearly all the time at night. The council are reconstructing the bridge also and construction sounds and dust plague the area. Just spend a but more money and pay for a nicer hotel honestly it's just not worth it

street parties are only on Friday night and is like a afternoon work lime, I'm sure in your country u do those sort of things. construction is being held yes but no dust of any sort plague the area. our rooms are standard and simple and I suggest if you looking for a resort on an island where there is no dust or loud music you booked as such and stop for look cheap hotels.

I've traveled quite a bit, and this was the worst hotel experience ever in my life. Don't stay here if you want any sleep or peace and quiet. There was a holiday festival going on in the street right next to this hotel and they start singing and playing music from 4AM in the morning until late at night. the walls in the room are paper thin and you hear everything going on in the hotel and neighborhood. There wasn't any staff or other guests at the hotel on Dec 26 and I was locked in the hotel from the outside and couldn't get out! What a nightmare this place is. The only redeeming quality was the very nice lady at reception who checked me in and helped me regarding buses and ferries.

we are sorry for your inconvenience but on check in I explained to you about the nine morning festival that we have each year right outside our doors it was your choice to stay. some people travel to our hotel just to enjoy that festival. we also had staff on Dec 26th that explained to you that he is stepping out for a few minutes and what to do while he was out.

Simple sweet place to stay!
Posted Feb. 21, 2016 on HotelsI arrived at midnight late flight, was taken straight to my room no paperwork or any fuss. So nice. I was able to walk all over town see the gist of the island within meters of this place. Nothing fancy just straightforward place to sleep and good location. Everything worked.

Basic central hotel
Posted Jan. 26, 2016 on HotelsGood location in Centre of Kingstown near the ferry terminal. The place is a bit worn, the shower cabins for example are not that inviting. AC worked very well.Note that every Friday/Saturday there is a wild and noisy street party taking place outside the hotel. Nice and fun if you are a party animal, less convenient if you wish to have a quiet night's sleep.

Lovely hotel in the heart of downtown.

Pros: Clean bathroom, good air condition, spacious room.
Cons: I was pleased with everything.
Location: The hotel was close to everything including restaurants and shops.
I had a very good experience. The hotel staff was very pleasant.

Pros: Location
Cons: Wi-fi
Location: Centrally located to town centre. Easy access to food & transportation and to ferry service to Grenadines
Excellent stay. The owner & staff were very friendly & knowledgeable about the island and allowed us early check-in and late check-out which was very unexpected.
