Beautiful Waterfront Cottage

Unwind at this modern lake house. The house was built with high ceilings and exposed raw steel accents throughout. Enjoy a stunning view of lake Erie from both bedrooms or through the 14 ft glass wall in the living room. The kitchen boasts all new appliances, quartz countertops and all of the cooking supplies needed for a great meal. The house is located in between two public beaches and offers its own access into the lake. Wineries, restaurants and a golf course are only a 5 minute drive away.

Perfect Waterfront Cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here at this cottage on Lake Erie. Our total experience was one of the best that we have had at any of the short term stay apps that we have used over the years. This place was accurately portrayed, with the exception of the second bedroom (which wasn't pictured on the listing). We didn't end up needing a second bedroom so we booked and had a wonderful stay. For the record, the second bedroom is as nice as the bedroom portrayed on-line so this cottage can easily host two couples or a family. We especially enjoyed the patio, literally on the water's edge. We spent three nights and four days in the area and never drove our vehicle once; we biked everywhere. Downtown Kingsville is a very welcoming community with a super friendly vibe. We for sure would book this cottage again. Great experience all around.

Fantastic!! Hidden Gem.
We a great time in Kingsville. The house is beautiful, with everything you need. Sitting by the water listening to the waves can’t be beat. Jimmie was very quick to answer any of my questions. Great location for wine tours, good restaurants and a beautiful Spa. We are already booking for next year!

Beautiful home, with great Lake views. Only complaint was temporary construction work that was going on, with the workers asking to come on a Saturday. Would love to visit again in the future when the work is done!

Terrible Host and left stranded
Our 3 night long weekend booking was confirmed, accepted based on my Visa and we received the address. Great! We had made several dinner reservations in town, spent several hundred dollars on food, beverages and left work early. As we were driving to the home and 45 minutes to check-in. The owner cancelled our confirmed reservations leaving us stranded without other last minute accommodations and would not respond to our e-mails or repeated phone calls asking what was the issue. Terrible host and not responsive.

The house was wonderful. Everything you needed was there. The response to our one problem was handled very quickly. The outside with the lake right there was wonderful. Wereally enjoyed the gas fire table. We would definately go back. Thanks so much Jim.

Spectacular accommodations.
We spent 4 fabulous nights at this Great Lake House. The house is really well set up, great views and everything is new and beautiful. Jimmy was great to deal with. We loved the property and location as it was easy access to the bike trail and the town of Kingsville. The view and patio are so nice. There are 2 kayaks which we used and a good BBQ and fire pit. Overall we would highly recommend this property and are looking to book it again for next summer. Thanks Jimmy for sharing your gem of a spot. Jim & Heather

Wonderful vacation!!
This cottage is as beautiful as the pictures show. Location is pristine. We had wonderful evenings sitting out on the patio, listening to the lake, enjoying the fire table. Beautiful morning kayak when the water was calm. All the comforts inside and we didn’t want to leave. Jim is super awesome. I hope we can return next summer!

Cozy Stay
Stayed here with my hubby and kids for 3 nights. I had a very relaxing birthday weekend. This home is very modern, clean and cozy. They offer all you would need for your stay, only bring your toiletries and beach towels. I will most definitely be back in the future!

Relaxing by the lake
My mother and I loved our recent stay at this lakeside cottage. The view was absolutely stunning, and though there were neighbours on each side, it felt very private and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the host had provided all of the modern amenities. His responses to our questions during our stay were prompt and helpful. Planning to return !
