Terrific woodsy stay

We didn’t spend much time indoors because it was cold - right at the end of the season, the propane heater didn’t work and electricity was limited. So we sat around the fire all night and that was perfect. My friend was pickier than me and didn’t sleep well because of scratching critters at the bedroom’s door to the outside. I slept like a log because the interior room had no windows and it was blackout dark - perfect for me! I guess maybe the microwave needed a good cleaning as per my friend. I loved Maggie’s place and will definitely return with husband and dog if her space is available.

Cabin in the woods!
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything you could need for a more rustic, outdoorsy weekend. Beautiful property with plenty of space to really immerse yourself in the woods. Maggie was fantastic, great communicator, gave us plenty of info leading up to the weekend and was around to refill the water tanks for the bathroom and sink. Great price for the cabin on top of all of it. We will be back!

The cabin was very clean a very comfortable place ,nothing fancy about it as stated the shower was Outdoors but it had hot water,water was a bit strong with bleach from the holding tank but not yhat bad. Maggie the host was great will definitely stay here again when in the areavery friendly and helpful
