The front desk staff was not very personable, had to call and find out the wifi password. The tv would not work, the person at the desk came up and tried to fix it but couldn’t. I was told that the maintenance person would have to fix it in the morning. They had it working when we got back that evening. The next morning it would not work again. Door key quit working after the first night. There was 2 tissues in the box and no spare box in the room. When I told the front desk about the TV not working again she just said thanks for letting us know. So I asked about a discount I was told the manager would call me. No phone call and no discount! I don't usually have any issues with hotels but this was not worth the money I spent.

Room101 window looked out on unkept trashy area. Appearances were that someone could break the window at ground level and come in. The room was next to entry. It was raining. A tile floor in the hall allowed water from shoes directly into the room and carpet. Very uncomfortable feeling in the room and entry. We were there for a wedding. We knew we would not stay. After the wedding we drove 6 hours home rather than stay. We are used to much better facilities. We travel quite often, and noticed Baymont. This was the first attempt. We won’t go to any Baymont in the future. More that we didn’t like, but useless to discuss. My advice go elsewhere, never Baymont!

Good value for the price. The bed was a little too soft.
