Tres bel hotel mais...

La nourriture est excellente, variée et en quantité. Le service est super, les serveurs et hotesses sont tres a l'écoute.
La piscine exterieure principale est tres bien.
Le parc asuatique est tres bien mais l'eau n'est pas chauffé donc on y est allé qu'une seule fois et en se forçant, trop dommage !
L'eau de la piscine intérieure n'est pas chauffée contrairement a la description donc personne ne l'utilise.
Ce qui nous a le plus déplu cest que le jacuzzi est glacé ! Donc pas pu en profiter !!
Aussi, Dommage que les piscines ferment a 18h00, cest tôt.
On avait choisit cet hotel pour le parc aquatique et le javuzzi mais vu que l'eau etait trop froide on en a pas profité.
Les sercices decrits ne sont pas a la hauteur de la description et d'un 5 etoiles.
Heuresement que la restairation est tres qualitative.

In general the hotel was good. However the water park was not properly monitored at the top of the slides and my grandson was badly injured and ended up in hospital due to children going down too close behind him. Also the marble around the pools was very slippery and the children were sliding around and were injured. Attention needs to be given to these areas.

A lovely relaxed stay to mark the end of our two year stint in Cyprus.
Kids club was a great benefit and the food was lovely.
Despite being a busy time of year the hotel had a quiet feel to it which served us well as a family.

Great hotel for families with young children. Good selection of food and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff.
A couple of negatives the rooms weren’t cleaned properly constantly asking for clean towels, same smears on the bathroom mirror all week. The cleaner would leave the bin bag on top of the bin for us to put in ourselves, certain cleaners just don’t seem to care. Be prepared to do the sun bed run everyday queuing starts at 7.50 another major issue is trying to get fresh beach towels having to que at the spa that doesn’t open until 10am to replace them. It’s a beautiful hotel that just needs to address a few issues. All in all we were a family of 11 and really enjoyed our weeks stay and would definitely return in the future.
