The room was clean, but some maintenance needs to be done. Some of the staff were very good and some I feel need some more training such as the staff at the front desk.
The food was not good.

Mediocre hotel

Rooms are okay and fine for a night or two, but the beds are quite small in length, so not overly suitable for 5'5" and over. Food was okay. Pool did not look hygienic, so I didn't use it, which was a shame. Management are a bit disorganised.
Also, make sure you lock your room, the manager (or someone in a management level) felt it was okay to unlock my room and walk in, half a second after a knock. Very scary and unpleasant for a single female traveller.
