Publié le 28 juill. 2020 sur HomeAwayThe property is in disrepair. The stairs to the deck are rotting and slippery, the railings are coming apart, the entire structure is unstable and needing repair. The grass was knee high. The vents were filthy. Only one burner on the grill worked, the dryer is not vented and blew dryer lint all over me. Saw two roaches. Just seriously needs some TLC to update and make safe. The walk to the beach is the best thing about the home.

Very close to the beach
Publié le 9 juin 2020 sur HomeAwayThis place is so close to the ocean, which is exactly why we chose it! You can sit on the porch and see the ocean. The beach access is literally right there, it takes a minute to walk there. The house has everything you need for your stay, however it is definitely an older home & is outdated, everything inside seems to be what was used by the owners for many years. Our family didn’t care, we were more excited to be in such close proximity to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Homey beach house
Publié le 18 oct. 2019 sur HomeAwayYou can’t beat how close this is to the beach access and view for the price. If you are looking for a pristine beach house with all the perks, this isn’t it. If you don’t mind the simple things, it’s perfect. We had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. We had a few issues but had great communication with the owner. Thanks so much for opening up your family house to us, Adam!

Outerbanks stay

The location is excellent, along with wonderful beach access, 2minute walk..House was well stocked with neccessary things needed we didnt have to pack and bring along. Was a little disappointed that the washer/dryer were not hooked up to use. Would rent again!!

I’m so sorry with the hurricane a couple of weeks before I unplugged them for safety concerns and forgot to plug them back in. I would be happy to discount your next stay for the inconvenience. Again thank you for renting.

A home away from home!
Publié le 27 sept. 2019 sur HomeAwayThis property was perfect! Great location! Only a short 2 minute walk to the beach! Adam is very friendly and helpful, answering any questions you may have! We went right after Hurricane Dorrian and he kept up in the loop, right up the the day we went! Excellent communication! The kitchen is equipped with anything you'd need and amazing restaurants are only a few minute drive away! We had an fantastic vacation and are planning to stay again!
