Cozy autumn getaway
Publié le 8 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed at this property many times over the years and love it. Quiet, walkable neighborhood close to the beach. House has front and rear decks plus a very cool crow’s nest. Owner is a joy to work with.

Whether it be enjoying your morning coffee in the crows nest or settling in on the couch with a good book after a long day in the sun, this is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of your everyday life and simply recharge. We created some truly special memories with family during this stay and couldn’t be more grateful! Bonus points for the amazing full-time residents along the street that will always greet you with a smile and a wave.

Cozy Cottage of Kitty Hawk

A week at the Cozy Cottage
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayHad a marvelous time, despite rain from the hurricane. Very convenient to the beach and many attracyin the area. House was nicely done. Only warning is that the king bed is VERy high but a step stool is provided.

I hated that y'all had bad weather. I want it to be sunny for every guest!
I bought the new bed frame pre-season and was not expecting it to be so high! I think it was intended to go without a box spring but had already bought that new too so went with it!

Great Location

It might have been the week we chose to stay - but the beach was close to empty until around lunch time - and even then there were not a ton of people - lots of families. The neighborhood was quiet - and there were plenty of sidewalks to walk my dog.

Great location, cute cottage
