Very well run hotel, ski in ski out, with friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Good Austrian cuisine. Will highly recommended it.

Great hotel with ski storage with locker, right beside the lift. 5 minute walk to the center of town. Room was clean and there were great winter hot drinks.

Great location disappointed with spa area
Publié le 7 avr. 2023 sur HotelsGreat location and very good service. Sad there was no kettle in the room and the spa pool was cold. Particularly disappointing that the wellness area including the only steam room and sauna were nudist and not advertised as such until you arrived. Not fair when I happily paid for those facilities.

Dear Hannele, thank you for the good rating. The pool temperature is 30 degrees. We cannot currently set this higher. It is actually standard in Austria that the sauna area is a nude zone. But it's a good idea to state that in the description. We will implement that. Greetings from Kitzbühel.

Beautiful property
