This might sound crazy, but it’s probably the most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The staff was impeccable, the breakfast was great, and all the pillows and bedding were a 10.

Really nice staff that really cares. Really quiet rooms. Great location. The only problem is that our stay was too short. It is so nice to have a good hotel stay.

loved this hotel, I don’t even want to call it a hotel it felt like a very cozy ski house. It was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect. Walk to everything, even the ski lift!! I highly recommend Gamshof!!

Great hotel in a city center! Breakfast and room was great as well as sauna in a ground floor. Restaurants and nightlife are just steps away. The only issue was with noise coming to our room from a hallway when guests were talking loud at night and we could hear everything and could not sleep. Same in the morning when we heard closing of each doors from other rooms which kept me awake a lot. But otherwise great stay with skibus stoping right next to the hotel, good to use it if you want to save 8EUR a day for parking.

I loved everything about this hotel experience; but room 108 or lower were near the night entrance so it was rather loud as people came in after hours. But we loved the location, the staff, the bar, the lobby, the sauna and the excellent breakfast!

Great, cosy hotel! We were given a cosy little room with the balcony facing the mountains that was absolutely beautiful :) Breakfast service was good too. People were friendly, both staff and guests.

Very nice hotel.

We stayed at the Gamshof twice during our recent trip to Austria. First on our original reservation, then, when some plans changed and we were near Kitzbuhel again and needed a hotel we booked the Gamshof again via Hotels.com because we knew we'd get a nice room at a good price. Turns out the second stay was in a better room and at a cheaper price so we definitely were pleased. Everything we read in the reviews was accurate. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very nice, the staff were more than helpful, parking was free and the old town was just 5 minutes walk away. Our first room was "older" and could have used some additional electrical outlets to charge things and we had to step into a tub to use the shower, but it was fine. The only real negative about the Gamshof is that there is no elevator so you have to carry your bags upstairs,but that wasn't that big of a deal for us.Would I stay there again? Yes, in fact, I did.
