Das Hotel hat von meiner Kreditkarte 100 € als Sicherheit abgebucht. Völlig ungewöhnlich, üblicherweise wird der Betrag lediglich reserviert. Während des Aufenthalts war eine Verrechnung der Sicherheit mit laufenden Ausgaben nicht möglich. Die Sicherheit wurde bislang nicht erstattet. Dies ist ein dicker Minuspunkt.
