Worked fine

I liked having a separate couch from bed but only a queen bed. The place wasvfine. Not super not bad. Breakfast fine. Rugs bothered me a bit.

It was ok, i wasnt there much. Ut the only issue i had was you c9mputer system kept freezing up on the girl at check in and i had originally asked for a bottom floor room, she said i had one reserved. But when i came back to check in it was a 3rd floor room, im partially disabled, thankfully you had an elevator or id have had to go stay somewhere else.

A lot of stains on the carpet and the pull out couch mattress was stained and gross. Unfortunately my granddaughter had to sleep on it!

Simple accommodations

Great for what we needed, a place to sleep and enjoy the hot tub after a long day of sight seeing. The bed & pillows were very firm and comfortable. There is a dog boarding place next door and the dogs start barking at 7 am BUT you can only hear them if your room window is open. The room was not completely sound proof as we could hear people in the hallway and above us. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

The beds were clean but that was all. The front desk said our payment did not go through and made us pay again but then gave a receipt showing nothing due or paid. When asked why it didn’t show any pricing we were told that’s how all receipts look. No one on side to discuss with and were directed to email our concerns.
