I love to Inform so the place can improve to get
Publié le 12 juill. 2020 sur HotelsThe walls are not sound proof. The other rooms noises were so clearly heard. Even from bathroom.
There is no facility for emergency lights when load shedding time.
Floor were shaking while walking.
Reception is like no instructions no information.
No undercover parking.
But the room is beautiful and has all facilities for a stay.
Just improve safety and security.

worst bed we have ever slept in. Not recommended
Publié le 4 nov. 2019 sur Hotelswe just given a key for room 9 on arrival and shown the room from a distance. the room was acceptable for a lodge but it was the furthest from the parking area and when i asked if this was the luxury room, i was told it is the room you booked. it looked very different from the pictures on Hotels.com. we freshened up and left for the event we were attending in Klerksdorp. when we returned, the bed was the worst we have ever slept in and my wife and I tossed and turned all night and woke up the next day with backache. we do not recommend room 9. the kettle was not working and we phoned the number on the website which rand for a long time but when they did answer, the kettle was promptly replaced. I complained about the bed and the reply was, ok. We definitely do not recommend room 9. Will we stay here again, NO.

I do apologise about your terrible stay, that room is one of our favourite rooms, it's newly built and we think its hard to find a room better, especially at that price, it's actually impossible. Yes the room is slightly different from the photos as it's a lot more modern and has a far better lay out and finishes than some of the older rooms. As for the beds, if we got a lot of complaints like you just did we would definitely change the beds, but we usually get compliments about our comfy beds. Thank you for your feedback and sorry again that you had to walk 20m to your room.

Excellent value for money
Publié le 28 mars 2018 sur HotelsI have stayed at The Royal Guest House three times now and each time I have had a great experience. The manager is friendly and the rooms are really quite nice - modern and comfortable with each room having a microwave, fridge, plates, utensils and even a sink to wash dishes.
All in all excellent value for money.
