This hotel is a plain Jane, a place to sleep only. The bed was adequate. You cannot even relax in the room as there was only one chair. We were in a "deluxe room". That's a stretch. The bathroom is a simple as they come, with the very basics. There were no shelves for you toiletries. But the shower was large. The hallway was very sparse. The elevator service was good but has no ventilation, very stuffy and smelly. There was loud music and radio on our 3rd floor. The only bright spot is the lobby which was very nice and welcoming. Sorry, I don't think I am coming back.

Room had a musty smell too.
Reception staff were really good and helpful.

Room bed description very confusing…! I had pay extra RM 50 for upgrade room ! But this hotel not allow add bed. Thanks

wifi only available at public area, no wifi inside room at all, request change room but being rejected,said no more room can be changed. said can help reset wifi only , but still no wifi in room in the end. water heater no function well, either cold or super hot, ask maintenance check, he ask me to switch between on and off frequently to get warm water. speechless. i did that , i need to on/off every 2 second only able get warm water. room floor sticky , i dont know why.
