Nice big room, clean and tidy. The receptionist was very helpful and recommended the Horse and Hounds opposite for an evening meal which was great especially as options locally are limited and there wasn’t food available at the hotel.

Very nice room BUT not as described!
Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI quite deliberately chose "Comfort Triple Room" as according to information on this site it strongly infers from photos provided that it includes a kitchenette.
IT DOESN'T!
However, the hotel does offer a shared kitchen area for ALL guests to use - which in my case offered a degree of compensation for the error. However the fact remains this is seriously misleading with the possibility of claims being made for false advertising.

Hotel was shown as premier inn, in our mind we had booked priemier inn, as the booking got completed it was this hotel, not sure what was going on, room was very small, bath was clean though, but bed was very uncomfortable
