Disappointed

There was leftover trash in the room, the hotel is NOT in fact downtown, but more like 5 miles away, the workout room was not functional, and the sofa cushions were old and the covers were coming off the cushions. All in all, much less than expected as we've had really good stays at Best Western in the past

Horrible - NOT downtown and bad customer service

The hotel smells. The room smells.
The door lock was acting up.
The front desk lady was beyond rude.
There are homeless people everywhere outside of the hotel. Including a sizable encampment.
We asked for a refund, for all of these reasons and the difficult front desk lady refused.

We did not even stay. We chose to loose money. Only thing good was the super helpful front desk woman. Card key machine did not work so they had to let people into their rooms. Rooms smelled. Couch and floors are gross!

Hotel is old and has not been maintained. The area is rough. There are certainly better hotels in Knoxville for the same price.
