I called to cancel this hotel stay the same day I made the reservation and never got an acknowledgement. Family decided to drive straight through.

There was fantastic water pressure in the shower. The cobwebs above the bed and fingerprints around the light switches and door levers show lack of attention to detail. It was an average hotel.

State of decline. Vinyl flooring cracked and loose. Bathroom ceiling stained and sheet rock peeling. Carpet areas are smelly and nasty. Needs full renovation. I stayed here many times in the past but I won’t return until it under goes new renovation.

I always have a great stay at this hotel. I've been coming to Knoxville for 3 months and this is my preferred place to stay.
