Great stay

Location was great. Walking distance to the stadium & everything downtown. David was a great host, giving perfect instruction 😊

Great place for a weekend escape!
Publié le 24 août 2024 sur HomeAwayQuaint rental that checked all the boxes for my family’s brief getaway. It’s easy to get to and close enough to the downtown area to walk everywhere. David is very quick to respond. The rental description is mostly accurate. This is perfect for 2 people because there is only one bed. The sofa does not fold out to a bed; however, there is a memory foam mattress that can be placed on the floor, if needed. Unfortunately, no one in our group was agile enough to get down on a floor. My only recommendation is that it would be nice to have a queen sofa bed versus the memory foam.
Would definitely consider renting again for my next visit to Knoxville!

Cozy historic downtown apartment

It is so conveniently located right adjacent to the central part of downtown Knoxville, offering a great opportunity for a nice stroll. There was ample space for two people, and a fully appointed kitchen to boot. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Knoxville!
