Situation idéale à Knoxville

Hôtel 3 étoiles digne d un 4 étoiles . Décoration moderne , chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée , personnel souriant et soucieux de notre bien être . Rooftop magnifique avec Happy Hours de 16h à 18h . Starbucks à côté de la réception ce qui était un plus pour nous .

Clean and comfortable

Clean new friendly and convenient. Bachelorette party in the hall at midnight for 30 mins but hotel staff handled it after a call to front desk. Would return.

I did not like that there was no pool on the rooftop. Overpriced for area.

ac worked poorly, got poor directions from staff, valet didn't help me get bags into or out of car, seat and ac messed with,

The staff was amazingly courteous and helpful, since this was our first time to Knoxville. Grace was super helpful with all of our inquiries. Parking of course was a bit messy, especially trying to park during the busiest time around downtown, but do-able. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.
