We stayed at this location when attending a concert at Neyland Stadium. It was about 20 min. from downtown with traffic. It was clean and saved a good purpose for what we were looking for.

Great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and floors were quiet. The only negative I have is that the cleaning staff doesn't clean the walls. There was a lot of nasal mucus (aka boogers) in the bathroom and above the bed in my room.

The property is clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were very cordial and cheery. I had trouble with my room key loosing it's magnetic signature several times. They front desk staff took care of it without hesitation. The housekeeping and janitorial staff kept the place quite clean and the were also pleasant to meet. Parking was very easy for me. There were a few trucks parked on the side road as the hotel does have a truck maintenance facility on one side. Unfortunately, my window faced that facility. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay there again.

Decent stay
You can see that efforts have been made to update the facility which is good. However, it’s still somewhat run down and the elevators smell like mold/mildew. There is only one ice maker for the entire hotel and it was empty. The ladies at the hotel were very nice.

The staff was super friendly. The entire facility was clean and neat and up to date. The pool was fun for the kiddos. Breakfast was very good and staff kept the food well stocked and was super friendly!

Friendly staff, clean. The mirror is dimly lighted, which makes it hard to put make-up on. Parking is cramped. We would stay there again.
