Just what we needed
Publié le 3 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had 4 adults stay for 2 nights to visit UTK for a football game. This was a great place to stay. The house was adoreable, clean, and very convenient to the university. The biggest stand out was the home owner, Kathy. She is incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us great recommendations and helped us out with a few requests. I highly recommend staying here.

Very enjoyable
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe very much enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we didn’t care for were the lack of towels. They seemed to be more like throw blankets than towels and no absorption. I would definitely tag here again and bring my own towels.

Peaceful stay
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a great place to stay. It was very quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great for a tall person. The essential oil diffuser was a nice added touch.
We enjoyed visiting the Smoky Mountain National Park and Pigeon Forge which were not too far away.
