Very clean, 4 towels which we never see, tissues which seem to be discontinued at some places, 4 pillows on each bed, no gross carpets, best place we stayed in 4 nights, nightlight in bathroom!

This Quality Inn in Clinton near Knoxville is cleaner and nicer than the usual Quality Inn locations. However it is almost 20 miles away from downtown Knoxville, and breakfast choices are quite limited.

Worst Hotel experience ever.
Worst hotel experience ever. Returned from dinner with no desk clerk on premise. Also, our car was only car in the lot. Sign on checkin desk said call this phone number for attendant. We were the only two people in a two story motel with 100 vacant rooms. We did not feel safe and packed our bags and left.

First, I didn’t realize I had booked an accessible room but that’s what we got. It served the purpose of a place to sleep and the surrounding area was safe. That said, the shower head leaked and water randomly shot out of the link when turned on. It also took awhile to get warm enough. Bath towels were small and thin. I would not stay there again.

Nice staff. Clean room. The breakfast area was way too small for the amount of guests. No where to sit. So crowded and food was substandard. Coffee was terrible. Real coffee would have been nice and a non dairy creamer.
