Joe was also pleasant to work with, it was my second time booking with vrbo, he made me comfortable with the check in prosses. planning a trip need a place that is centrically located and easy to find I would suggest you give this house a try.

Needs upgrades!
Publié le 2 août 2021 sur HomeAwayI booked this property online as it received such great reviews. Unfortunately when we arrived, we were disappointed. The home had a musty, smoky odor and blankets that smelled like a dog. I think if it was cleaned better, it would make a big difference! Upgrades are needed as well, like a bathroom exhaust and new curtains. Also, the listing states both one full bath and two full baths! There is only 1 full bath and 2 half baths.

Quirky, great location
Publié le 21 nov. 2020 sur HomeAwayFriends of mine and I stayed here for a "tired-mom" getaway, and had a great time. Inside was clean, beds were comfy, linens and towels were great, and had lots of fun quirks to explore. (If you're over 5'8" in height, the upstairs loft area will be challenging for you to navigate! Great for kids though.) We really appreciated its close proximity to Brunswick and Harper's Ferry (under 10 minutes to both) which made it so easy to pop back and forth. So much nearby hiking as well, and close to more options in Frederick. Boxcar Burgers in Brunswick was fantastic! Would overall recommend this sweet little house.

Publié le 7 août 2020 sur HomeAwayA very cute rental!! This is right off the highway, but not too close for noise at night to bother you. However, like many cabins there were mice in the ceiling that would scurry around at night. This was a great rental for the price!

Mountain Hideaway
Publié le 25 juill. 2020 sur HomeAwayWe came up for a weekend of kayaking. This property worked well. It is located a short drive from a few different river adventure vendors. It would comfortably sleep 2 couples and one single/or kids in beds and another person on a pullout couch in the living room . The couch upstairs in NOT recommended for sleeping. The theoretical sleeping capacity is 8, but it is practically more like 6. That said, it has a great kitchen and the rustic feel for which we were looking.

Nice getaway spot

One drawback....the house is close to the highway overpass so lots of car noise when trying to relax on the porch. The owners were easy to reach and communicate with.
