Disappointing hotel bar
Publié le 11 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe bathtub had water standing in it and the water was not clean. Looks like the plug may have dropped before all the water drained. I was pleased with the hotel staff but the Library staff was rude, lied to my face and didn’t treat as I was a guest at the hotel. They set me in the main lobby, never came out to see if I needed anything. Never came out to tell me there were open seats. I walked back in in like 40 minutes and there were several seats open and the girl said they came out to get me but I was gone I never moved an inch. I really was looking forward to getting several drinks but that didn’t happen.

Very nice staff, clean room and great location. The only complaint is the walls are very thin and we could hear the people next to us talking all night.
