UTK beats Alabama Football Weekend 10/24
Publié le 23 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe absolutely loved our stay at the View on Clinch!! We have stayed at several VRBOs in the university tower building and this was by far the absolute best. No comparisons!!! Every detail was accounted for. We were able to walk to campus and downtown Knoxville. I could not imagine a nicer place to have spent the weekend. And of course we were rewarded with a Vol Win against Alabama!

Great location to downtown, but be aware it is close to a hospital, so there is a fair bit of emergency vehicles you will hear off and on. Overall, still a 10/10 from us!

View on Clinch is gem!! Well appointed and bright and clean. Great communication with host. Location is excellent - had a meeting at UT - easy walking distance and great restaurants nearby and at Market Square!

Great space, cozy & clean!

If we ever come back we will be requesting to stay here again, no questions.
The hosts sent very details instructions which was wonderful, they replied fast when I did message. You can tell they really care about the guest experience.

A Beautiful Base in Knoxville
