New Years Night Away
Publié le 16 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayWe decided to do something different and stay downtown with our kids and we absolutely loved this place. I was nervous at first that it was ground level, but you couldn't even tell. We walked to eat on Gay St., got treats at Kilwin's, hung out watching football and playing games, Door Dashed late night pasta and pizza... My husband even commented more than once how much he enjoyed it. Lauren was fabulous to communicate with one of the best stays we've had through Vrbo, and will definitely rent through Haven Rentals again.

Great downtown location
Publié le 2 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayGreat unit that is steps away from both the Old City and Market Square. Hosts were very responsive and unit matched the online pics and very comfy. The unit is on the ground level right on the street (which we knew ahead of time from other reviews) and stayed over New Years and didn't find it too noisy. There are white noise machines in the bedrooms to help.

Don’t expect a call back from a human being in this property
Publié le 30 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat location, very noisy as it’s on the Main Street and first floor . We were instructed to download an app prior to departure for instructions on how to get to the unit . The code to the building was listed there , the code to the unit was not . Made several calls , emails and messages on the VRBO app. NO ONE ever called back , they sent the code in an email and message on the app 15 min later.
The second day we were there , we were locked out of the building as the building managers changed the code and that was not given to us . Again several calls and emails and text messages later ( NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE ) , we got the code from a neighbor. 3 hours later the owner of the unit text us with the code . Imagine being locked out for 3 hours .
We were in Knoxville for my daughter’s college graduation, I asked for an iron ( they have ironing board , no iron ) . I was as told they would get that to me , we never got it . They do not respond when you call , they may or may not text you if need anything. If it wasn’t for the mercy of a neighbor, we would have missed my daughter’s graduation.

Very excellent stay, will definitely be back to stay for our next adventure

Holiday stay in Knoxville
Publié le 9 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayHad a wonderful time staying downtown in the best location! The condo was comfortable, well equipped, and perfectly located to walk wherever you needed to go. We'll be back again!
