The property smelled of cigarette smoke. The room had hairs on the bedroom floors, shower floor, and what appeared to be body hair on the bench at the foot of the bed. We left and found different lodging for the night. We were still charged full price for the night and room after expressing our concerns and complaints to the owner/ manager.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback and we appreciate it. The Manager was with you on check in and did a room orientation with you,the room had no issues and only after you had stayed in the room for an hour you realised the issues and still did not communicate this issue. When you left it was thought that you went out for dinner as no communication was done with the Manager who was on the property, only when the call was made to you in the morning you communiated that you did not spent the night. We feel that this should have been brought to the managers' attention if ever there was an issue.

The service is world class, all the staff are incredibly professional, service minded, friendly and knowledgeable. World class breakfast every morning made by the best! The owner of this establishment can be immensely proud of Lawrence, David and the ladies(I wish I could have taken them all home with me). We will definitely be back!
