La Guest house est top, la vue sur le lagon également et la maîtresse de maison est très accueillante. Seul petit bémol, nous avons été un peu déçu par Knysna

Thanks for the review on your stay with us at Hide Away Guest House. As you rated us only 8/10, in what areas could we improve to achieve a 10/10 rating? We continually strive to improve where we can and your input would be most helpful.
We are however disappointed that you did not enjoy Knysna. Was this perhaps of the weather on the first day or your stay?
We hope that you enjoyed the rest of your time in SA and have had a safe journey back to France.

Thank you for taking the time to rate your stay with us at Hide Away Guest House. It was indeed a pleasure meeting you and your party and we hope that you returned home safely albeit to what would appear to be much colder weather than here in Knysna!
You will be pleased to know that Cecil has sorted his dental problems out and is once again a happy chappy!

Excellent and cozy hotel!

Hôtes formidables !
Publié le 22 nov. 2015 sur ExpediaHôtel situé sur la Garden Route proche du centre-ville. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Parking gratuit et petite piscine extérieure. Petit déjeuner individualisé. Hôtes très serviables et fournissent plein d'infos sur les activités dans la région.

Not a 4 star B&B
Publié le 22 mai 2015 sur HotelsNice couple that own this place. However our room smelled of some unknown smell but very inconfortable, and was very cold!!! Breakfast was somewhat large but we had to order it the day before and they select quantity you get. Not quality stuff. Room was large, bed was extra hard. I will not go back there!!!

We find it extremely difficult responding to a review when we do not know to whom we are speaking.
Having said that, we are extremely sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Had you brought the issues you have mentioned to our attention immediately we would have done our utmost to try and resolve the matter. For the record all rooms are fitted with electric blankets, extra blanket, heaters and air-conditioning so there really should have not been any way for you to be cold unless you did not make use of the facilities on offer.
As you have chosen to remain anonymous we unfortunately do not know which room you were in. We admit that during the winter months, when it is cool and general damp, we battle against the elements more so as a result of being located so close to the water (lagoon).
Once again we are extremely sorry that you did not enjoy the time with us but hope it did not spoil the rest of your visit to South Africa.

HIDE AWAY à KYSNA AFRIQUE DU SUD

Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement et la propriétaire s'est démenée à nous satisfaire en tous points, d'abord sur la qualité des petits déjeuners, mais aussi sur une proposition de visites à effectuer.
Le jardin est magnifique et la propreté remarquable.
Nous y avons passé 2 nuitées et aimerions y revenir.
N'hésitez pas, la route des jardins est en plus merveilleuse
