Terrible stuff around

Booked this for the night of full moon party, got to the accomodation, at the check in time,for them to open the book to my name and show me I had a booking to then tell me that the booking doubled in price PLUS it was a 2 night minimum. Then proceeded to tell me they had no rooms left after seeing with my own eyes that my name was in the book. After getting into contact with wotif the hotel then tried to palm me off to another hostel at my own cost. After being persistant I refused to leave until it was all sorted. They eventually found another accomodation that they paid for half. Obviously the end result was ok but I would never want anyone to go through what we did.

Booked 4 Rooms, Only Had 1 Available After Arrival

I booked 4 Rooms online, everything was set and I even called ahead. But once we got there, they said that they only had 1 room still available. The staff was incredible rude too, literally laughing and talking amongst themselves when we explained that we had a reservation for 4 rooms, not 1.
