Poor service for guest : main bar closed, second bar closed at 9:00; non consideration for people staying a few days

Good staff and food, room to be renew

The staff is professional and welcome you well.
The location is good.
I've been few times to that place, some room look renew some other need with urgence a refresh. On the old one the air conditionnante is not good, the quality of the bed could be improve. It is easy to find better room in Kobe in 3 stars hotel at a better price.

Personnel très accueillant
Avons pu intégrer la chambre spacieuse une heure avant l’heure du check in, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
L’hotel est accessible directement de la station de métro shin Kobe. Il est donc bien desservi d’autant plus que l’arret du bus daypass se trouve devant cette station.
Pour le petit déjeuner, très bon buffet international. On peut y découvrir le riz en provenance de plusieurs régions du Japon.
