Nice hotel in a great location, clean beach. However, this review is mainly focused on the service provided in the hotel. This hotel positions itself as a 5-star establishment, however the service is not up to a 3 star. We were traveling with family and therefore reserved 4 rooms in the hotel. At check in we were asked to provide passports for all the members of our party and the receptionist went to make copies. Being that it was a late evening and we were very tired after being on the road for the whole day, we did not notice that one of the passports was not returned. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and the passport was at the reception desk for all this time. None of the hotel representatives made any attempts to get in touch with us (knowing which room the person is staying in) to return the passport or notify us that it is still at the reception. The fact that the passport is missing was identified by us upon checking into another hotel 5 hours drive away (in Borjomi). The hotel let us check out and leave without bothering to let us know that one of the passports remains with them. I really don’t have any words to characterize this attitude (forget the level of service). Also, it should be noted that the room service is extremely poor - each time we ordered our order was messed up.

There are violations of public safety on the beach that belongs to this property. There are no life guards and motor boats and jets are coming to close to the beach where people are swimming.

The Hotel itself is very good. The only reason I was disappointed because of the weather and the very cold water n a pool.
