The hotel is and room is very clean. We got a room on the “premium floor” without knowing. With that room, we got toiletries were by Bvlgari, boxes of chocolates, boxes of skincare, as well as a voucher for very delicious cream puffs and drinks from a pastry store close to the Fuji Q amusement park. We also had the opportunity to go to the rooftop for a view of Mt. Fuji. The room was extremely spacious. Buffet breakfast was included with a variety of foods.

Loved the view of Mt Fuji from our room, also whilst enjoying the beautiful breakfast buffet. The Onsen facilities was nice and relaxing, something new worth trying.

The breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from (buffet style was great too)! The staff were very accomodating too and allowed us to go to the top floor with a great view of Mt Fuji. We highly recommend this facilty to anyone interested in staying near Mt Fuji with walking access to Fuji Q highlighland.

The Highlands Resort and Spa is a wonderful hotel. Excellent service began the moment we walked into the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They arranged car service for us multiple times during our stay. The restaurants were nice and the food was delicious. We had a view of Mt Fuji and it did not disappoint. Buffet was good but very expensive. Room was clean. Amusement park was closed so we were very disappointed as this was the reason for our visit and already bought tickets that we were unable to use
