Avis DELUXE VILLA WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL

We came as a family of 9 people and found the villa to be unclean and not as described! There were no tv screens in the bedrooms, rooms were smelly and showers did not always work. We had to ask for the water to be pumped through! Air conditioning was sporadic in the bedrooms and the kitchen area was inadequately equipped, old stuff that was broken! The manager did replace the kettle and toaster and took away the dangerous looking microwave. There were not enough outside chairs for all of us or sun beds! Inside we did not have enough comfy chairs for all of us to sit. The only good thing about this villa was the pool.

We were warmly welcomed by the owners of Sethum Villa. The villa was very large and clean in its own grounds. Good air-con and fans. There is a flat screen and DVD player in the communal area. The host made us a lovely breakfast each morning and cleared it away. The breakfast was different every day. She also booked all our transport and sorted out any tours we wanted to go on. She was very informative and reliable. The villa is also in a great location for transport, very near to the train station, bus station and tuk tuk stop. Also close to lots of local shops, restaurants and supermarket.
