First; of course the location is amazing, the accommodations are bare-bones, but that's kinda expected. Where it fails is customer service as I was not allowed to change my reservation to a different date, so I had to book a separate reservation. Needless to say; I refused to use the restaurant facilities/bar, went to neighbors instead, so I can't judge those. Wifi was to say the least, poor, wouldn't work when the door of the cabin is closed, ooh btw, the frequent power outages hinders that too, communications about those could be a bit better as they apparently know when they are expected. At one moment, the water output was disrupted, no power outage, so I couldn't't use the BR. and btw, noisy!! Thank God for noise-cancelling headphones, otherwise I'd never sleep. overall poor communication from staff, even poor before and after
