un peu de luxe dans cette île. clim bruyante !!!

Seul hotel de bon standing sur cette plage, donc pour se faire plaisir. Plage nettoyée. Belle piscine. Repas correct. Climatisation bruyante. Cher tout de même.

Hôtel paradisiaque à découvrir

Séjour paradisiaque dans un hôtel presque terminé. Comme l'hôtel est encore peu connu nous étions seuls dans la piscine et le personnel était aux petits soins.

Disappointed!!!!

Terrible Stay! Injuried on Scooter, No First Aid When Asked! What Happens if Someone Seriously Injurys themselves? Breakfast okay, but no great! Charged 10 dollar's because the keys locked in the room and they had to let me in! Absolutely Disappointed will not be back! The hostel provided better service!

Resort situato sul mare, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Abbiamo provato anche il massaggio ed è stato perfetto. Unica pecca è che ogni tanto mancava l'acqua calda.

Zimmer sah katastrophal aus, alles beschädigt. Zusätzlich Ungeziefer in Zimmer und Bett. Hotelpersonal lachte mich bei Beschwerde aus.

First of all, thank you for your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The lock problem we gave to the mechanic to check and fix it for you already, every room never had a bedbug, I think the sea may have bugs that bite you or sandflies. We try to listen all the problems to very guest with a smile, never laughs at the guests. Sorry that you had a bad experience here, we hope you accept our apology, if you come to stay again, we will try out best to prevent these problems. Thank you.

Gem of an island, Superb Resort!

The staff met us at the ferry dock holding a sign, which was cool, unexpected and helpful as it can be confusing figuring out where to go when you dont speak Khmer, here. ...the resort is clean, well mainatined, comfortable and the staff--everyone--was kind and went out of their way to provide excellent service. the mgr. Owen speaks English (is from the UK or States or anyway, really went all out to provide me and my girlfriend with all the information, ferry tickets/schedules...taxi/tour rental, everything we wanteded and needed to have a super stay on the island! We will come back also because the location is great. quiet, plenty of shade on the beach (hard to find on sok san), but easy to ferry or taxi or scooter to anywhere on the island for partying, food or touring.
