bon emplacement au calme, personnel agréable bien que certains parlent mal l'anglais. pas de café au petit déjeuner le premier matin. ménage des chambres pas nickel mais correct.

L'hotel est en cours de changement et nous construisons un nouveau restaurant de plage ainsi que des nouvelles villas, qui seront pretes pour debut 2019. Nous sommes desole pour la gene occasionee. Excellent experience. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. They always made sure we felt at home and had what we needed. The resort itself is stunning. The rooms were gorgeous, and always very well kept by room service. The pools were always clean, and so was the beach infront. The restaurant was amazing, every meal was incredible. We cannot recommend the breakfast buffet enough! So so many options, and everything was so good. The only thing I would note is that the resort is not located in any major city. If you wanted the “city experience” it would take at least 35-45 minutes from the resort to get that. We loved it because it meant peace and quiet were we where, and free transportation is provided daily to Chewang and Lamui. The beach itself was not high enough to swim in while we were there, but with pools right there is was not a problem. Chewang also has a stunning beach. Overall, highly recommend!

Ok so overall stay was calm and relaxing however, it is located on the very other side from the airport so it takes about an hr to get here as well as the main CBD area such as Fisherman's village.
But if you are looking for smth quite and relaxing, this is the place to go. it felt very private and secluded but it does take a bit to get out of the resort area.
We stayed at private pool villa which was wonderful, I dont think I can stay anywhere without the pool but my pool didn't had a night light so it was a bit eerie at night.
But there is this one staff called 'Palm' and geez he made my experience from 5 stars to 3 stars. I asked him about the light, nothing happened. Ordered Pepperoni pizza but got Truffle pizza and I asked for noodles from the menu and he said its not available when I can see other people having it. I asked him two days in a row and he said no every time and when I asked other staff, they brooght it out right away. So I don't know if he had a problem with me but damn one staff can change your experience so bad.

Schönes Hotel, aber sehr weit außerhalb
Publié le 29 févr. 2024 sur HotelsTolles Hotel, aber in naher Umgebung ist sehr wenig los. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, perfekt. Ansonsten ist ein Scooter unbedingt erforderlich. Der Strand ist nicht besonders schön, weil dort viele Boote liegen. Zum schwimmen lädt das leider nicht ein.

Amazing First Class Experience
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe room we had was beyond fantastic. The private plunge pool was an amazing surprise. The room was very large and amazingly clean. Fully stocked mini fridge carried us through the night as our stay coincided with Buddha Day and no alcohol could be served, but it was alreadybin the fridge so that was ok!
The staff were very helpful and courteous, even finding a dress my wife had mistakingly left and bringing it to us. If i am ever back on Koh Samui i would definitely stay here again.
